Next to the Luxemburg gardens, this charmingly luxurious hotel, decorated by Sybille de Margerie, opens in June 2009. Boasting an impressive past, this building was a Post Office during the reign of Louis XV; a family house under Napoleon III; served as a furnished hotel for the Montparnasse artists in the Belle Epoque; and in 1970 Jim Morrison spent the summer here. The façade from the XVII century and the Middle Age cave remain as testimony to its history.

Sybille de Margerie, a well-known luxury interior designer, has incorporated this history into her design, recreating the 5 ages of the hotel with a modern twist. Luxury fabrics and antiques are effortlessly integrated into the comfort of a modern design hotel. Amongst the 20 unique rooms, several feature a beautiful terrace while others offer a breath-taking view of Paris’ roof tops.
